The base cost for e-bike returns is €200. Additional fees may apply based on the item's condition, such as compensation for damage, wear, and/or usage mileage.
Cancellation Policy:
Changing your mind after placing an order: You can cancel for free via email on the order day or the next day. We ship on the third day after the order; after shipment, you must follow the return request process.
Assembly Information:
If you are familiar with bike assembly, you can choose home delivery and assemble it yourself. After receiving the goods, please keep the carton until after the 14-day appraisal period before discarding it, as returns require the original carton for shipping.
Store Service:
If you are not familiar with bike assembly, we strongly recommend selecting a nearby Smalo store for service. The store will assist with assembly, store the carton, and help with disassembly, packing, and return shipping if needed.

To avoid the hassle of the return process and potential compensation fees, we recommend booking a test ride first.
